If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any Service/Product/Subscription that You purchased with Us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods aren't forged or reversed engineered by You.
You have not did any customization to the original source code to the Goods
The Goods You have purchased failed to reach at you or You are unable to access due to technical issues

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The Goods are forged or reversed engineered by You and You did any customization to the original source code.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

For Hardware/CD/Pendrive or Solid Drives

If you have purchased any of/all of above goods then log into your client account(https://matracode.tech/user/accounts-login/) and do follow steps below

After you log into your account find purchase history under Order > Purchase. And select (with single click) the product you want to return us.
The selected good should eligible for Return(as mentioned in Conditions for Returns section).
You may request for return by filling the required fields in the Return and Refund Form. The reason must be appreciate and concise.
We will approved your request once we received the goods as per the condition we mentioned in Conditions for Returns section. if your request accepted by us a refund process will be initiate for the selected good(Hardware/CD/Pendrive or Solid Drives).

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We will refund your purchased amount through the channel/mode you choose to complete the payment during the order placing, if you want to change the channel/mode of payment then a new payment mode should be filled during the filling of Return and Refund Form.

For Software/Source Code/Repository Or Any Subscribed Product

If you have purchased any of/all of above goods then log into your client account(https://matracode.tech/user/accounts-login/) and do follow steps below

After you log into your account find purchase history under Order > Purchase. And select (with single click) the product you want to return us.
The selected good should eligible for Return(as mentioned in Conditions for Returns section).
You may request for return by filling the required fields in the Return and Refund Form. The reason must be appreciate and concise.
Once we approved your request a refund process will be initiate immediately for the selected good(Software/Source Code/Repository Or Any Subscribed Product).
We will refund your purchased amount through the channel/mode you choose to complete the payment during the order placing, if you want to change the channel/mode of payment then a new payment mode should be filled during the filling of Return and Refund Form.
You may seek our help if you feel any difficulty.

Gifts

Our Goods are related to Software Development and Software Tools, No goods we are sale in the name of "Gifts" and The company is expressly disclaims any purchase goods as Gift.

If anyone has purchase any good as "Gifts", under such situation immediately contact us. we will consider your request and understand your intention and we will initiate a refund process. The Refund process will follow the same procedures as we mentioned in Refund Section(see above)

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its third-party service provider under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or a sum of 50% that service price will be guaranteed if You haven't purchased/requested anything through the Service/Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its third-party service provider be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any third-party service provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied maintenance period or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service/Subscription is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and may contains with bug, faults or defects therefore you are bound to purchase a minimum 1-year of maintenance fee(through maintenance agreement) addition to the Service/Subscription You purchased. If any Service/Subscription You purchased from anywhere else other than our Company site or App and it contains any bug, faults or defects without any maintenance agreement by which has provided by company with addition to the Service/Subscription then no warranty or maintenance claims will be entertained. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all Non-warranty and The Product/Services/Subscription has Without maintenance agreement, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
